The Roommate movie online review| Roommate movie HQ unseen photogallery

Do not get me wrong, the film itself is not scary, but there is this feeling of fear fear whenever Meester is on the screen that is almost unbearable. There is no real fear-boo and it will not count on nightmares, but the film peaked respectable on the “slide-o-meter”.
A solid writer, intelligence, and not just pretty faces could be very high on your list, but unfortunately you will not see here. Not that that necessarily a bad thing, because the characters enough juice to take care of him (the roommate in question, anyway), his dialogue is not as horrible as it could have, and there are now decisions taken to shoot the movie, not so stupid or careless. And behind all the pretty faces, there are decent performances, including Meester, madness is as good as any of his predecessors.

The “crazy chick” sub-genre of thrillers is entertaining. It is usually a girl, normal in the first glance … but goes crazy at the end. Glenn Close perfected the genre with films like Fatal Attraction and The Crush, Swimfan Obsessed and did what they could to ensure that gender remains strong, but it was Single White Female, it took another level thanks to exchange of mad crazy love friendship relationship. SWF roommates essentially for the public to modern teenagers today. Although not nearly as good, it is surprisingly entertaining and delivers the madman as promised.
Sara Matthews (Minka Kelly) is on the campus of the University of Los Angeles with high hopes and expectations for the next big thing in style and fashion. She is super happy to live in the dorms and have a new roommate. What she gets Rebecca (Leighton Meester), is a loner, a bit too artistic with Sara at the point where he begins to fear is not to describe the property. In a look at the big picture, you know, if this film is more comfortable or not. A sweet, innocent young girl has a crazy roommate. You about this? Whether you are a university or not, chances are you have a roommate, a roommate, or had a friend at one time or another. Now imagine that person was absolutely out of his mind and completely obsessed with you. Sound scary? You bet. If, as in the roommate scary? Well … It has its moments.

Casting the film almost complete success. Lively and Kelly look like they could be the same person, and even the overhyped Cam Gigandet shook the role of the friend of charm, grace, and just the right amount of comedy. No person involved will be recognized for his brilliant acting skills, but within the limits of this movie, everybody did a pretty decent job. The only real fault of the film is in its execution of the mentally ill. The character of Rebecca is just not crazy enough. She takes it too far in any direction, pulling back from being truly fair level of your standard psychotic madman. Since these films are a dozen of them are really necessary to push the boundaries of all the others, but it produces a “by numbers” Crazy Chick, in a world of predictability of life. In other words, all Meester see coming a mile away.
No one could ever accuse the roommate of the increase in the bar movie, any more than anyone to label them as “a good movie, but this is not to deny its entertainment value. In many ways it is seeping into the “Guilty Pleasure” territory. Leighton Meester and Minka Kelly (not to mention Cam Gigandet) provide solid eye candy, just to enjoy anywhere. And if Meester to madness … it really makes fools. And if that’s all for you, then that is delivered mostly to the roommate search.
